You can see your family escrow balance by clicking on the Escrow link at the top of this page or in the navigation menu to the left. Escrow balances are generally updated weekly.
All orders will be delivered to the Bentley College pool in Waltham. You will be contacted within 24 hours via e-mail to arrange a mutually convenient time to pick up your order.
Orders placed on thegatorstore.net website are received and fulfilled by Anne Frazier, a parent volunteer, and the Gator Equipment Manager.
Additionally, Christina Walsh graciously lends Anne hand during the busy times
of the year.
Anne's husband Joe Frazier, also a parent volunteer, designed and maintains thegatorstore.net.
You can still use the manual forms that are available by clicking the Manual Forms link at the page or in the navigation link to the left. If you elect to use the manual forms, you must submit full payment via check or money order at the time of order placement. You cannot use Paypal.
More than likely, you ordered a monogrammed item after the ordering deadline for the respective season. If your order cannot be filled in a timely manner your money will be promptly refunded.
All orders must be received by April 30, 2009 to be included in our bulk orders to our distributors.
