Why doesn't the website inquire as to where to ship my purchases during the checkout process?

All orders will be delivered to the Bentley University pool in Waltham.

Who runs The Gator Store?

Orders placed on thegatorstore.net website are received and fulfilled by Anne Frazier, a parent volunteer, and the Gator Equipment Manager.

Anne's husband Joe Frazier, also a parent volunteer, designed and maintains thegatorstore.net.

Do I have to order online or can I still use the manual forms?

Due to the overwhelming success of the online ordering process over the last four years, the use of manual forms has been discontinued effective with the 2009 / 2010 Short Course Season.

Why did you refund my payment after I placed an order?

More than likely, you ordered a monogrammed item after the ordering deadline for the respective season. If your order cannot be filled in a timely manner your money will be refunded.

When is the order deadline for Long Course?

All orders for personalized items must be received by September 30, 2011 to be included in our bulk orders to our distributors.
